SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
We use the United States Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground to ship YourBoardWrap.com Kits which usually take 5-7 business days or sooner. International Shipping could take 10-14 days. Damaged Items in Transit: You MUST report damaged goods to us within 3 days of receiving the package. Shipping rates will vary depending on where we are shipping to.
Refused or Returned Orders: Products that are refused when USPS or other carriers attempt to deliver the product(s) are assessed a minimum 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
Return Policy: When purchasing from YourBoardWrap.com you are protected by our 30 day money back guarantee. The 30 day period begins on the date that the package is shipped from our store. The purchaser (buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping and handling fees associated with the return of any and all YourBoardWrap products. We offer a money back guarantee less the actual shipping and handling fees plus a 20% restocking fee on most items. Merchandise must be returned in resalable, unused condition with all original components. We will not accept returns on custom designed or custom sized snowboards. Please look over your proof carefully before giving us authorization to print. After you approve your design via email we will process your order and ship out to you.
If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 3 days of arrival, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the issue at hand. We will not accept returns on custom designed snowboards. Please read installation instructions carefully. We will not be responsible for returns or refunds due to poor installation of your snowboard wrap.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A ‘RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION’ NUMBER. RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THIS NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT SENDERS EXPENSE. RETURNS MUST HAVE THEIR ‘RMA’ NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE IN CLEAR VIEW OR THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AT SENDERS COST.
Return Merchandise Authorization Request: You can email us at email@example.com to request an RMA for your product. Please indicate the reason for your return and put ‘Return Authorization Request’ as the subject of the email. Once you receive an RMA number, be sure to include any packaging slips and wrap the package securely. Include your name, address, phone number, and copy of receipt and email with your return package. Write the RMA number ON THE BOX IN CLEAR VIEW and on the copy of the sales invoice inside the box.
IF YOU ARE SHIPPING YOUR BOARD TO OUR STORE FOR INSTALLATION:
The buyer (purchaser) is responsible for all shipping costs related to shipping to YourBoardWrap.com and from YourBoardWrap.com. After installation is complete we will contact you with shipping costs to ship your board back.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and will not be liable or obligated to sell an item. We will under no circumstances print any registered logos or copyright material unless we have the permission from the owners. We are not liable for misuse or wrongful operation of any products that we sell.
